- Exercises full realm of first level and second level supervisory responsibilities for OM personnel at WPAFB and Ft. Sam (Tri Service Research Lab in San Antonio, TX).
- Defines, leads, and directs multidisciplinary mission support functions in the areas of Computer and Network Support, Logistics, Manpower/Personnel, Program Management, Security, and Facilities at WPAFB and Ft. Sam (Tri Service Research Lab in San Antonio, TX).
- Reviews, establishes, and implements policies and processes for executing OM functions.
- Develops innovative multidisciplinary approaches in the management and delivery of 711 HPW support functions which significantly expand the overall effectiveness of the organization.
- Sets objectives, plans, policies, and processes, and directs work to meet evolving 711 HPW goals and needs.
- Communicates with a wide range of leadership, peers, and organizations across multiple levels inside and outside the 711 HPW.
- Responsible for coordinating OM support activities with 711 HPW mission leads and staff offices.
- Works with the 711 HPW Commander and Vice Director to develop and execute governance processes, strategic plans, and strategic initiative.

Required Qualifications
- US Citizenship
- Males must be registered for Selective Service, see www.sss.gov
- This position may require travel.
- Must have at least one year of specialized experience at the DR/DO-03/GS-14 or equivalent grade level. Specialized experience is experience in leading and directing multidisciplinary mission support functions to ensure effective and efficient operations; establishing new policies and reviewing existing ones for executing the organization's functions; setting plans, policies and objectives to meet evolving origanizationsal goals; performing oversight of management.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
- Must file a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE 450, initially and on an annual basis.
