Position Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing cost, schedule, performance, and risk for digital capabilities across the lifecycle for infrastructure.

  • Collaborating with the IT Product Owner and customers to incorporate user feedback and enhance user adoption.

  • Managing technical architecture, systems engineering, and services for transitioning digital capabilities into operations.

  • Contributing to acquisition strategies for infrastructure, software, and services.

  • Working with contracting organizations to design flexible contracting arrangements.

  • Planning operations and sustainment support for digital enterprise capabilities with stakeholders.

  • Facilitating communication between internal and external stakeholders to achieve strategic goals.

  • Engaging in process improvements to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Preparing risk assessments and corrective action plans.

  • Communicating service delivery strategies, plans, and issues with leadership.
