AFWERX Spark Division (AFRL/RGS) seeks to hire a DO-1101-02 Program Manager to support Colliders events.
Position duties include, but not limited to:
- Serves as an authority to develop, implement, and control programmatic and technical aspects in support of Collider events which provide insight on new or expanding Technologies
- Manages industry engagement, oversees partnerships, and Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) process
- Pioneers pathways to rapidly scale innovative solutions
- Demonstrates innovative operational research practices and program management techniques to identify, analyze, and resolve interrelated issues, to ensure resolutions are consistent with program objectives
- Collaborates, interacts, coordinates, and/or directly consults with Air Force other governments, Department of Defense (DoD) academic, and industry partners
- Program complexities frequently require reprogramming and adjustment of schedules, funding, and the activities or program participants
Pay Range: DO-02 $70,183 - $110,204 (base salary) - total salary will be determined on employee location

Required Qualifications
- United States Citizenship
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
- Applicants must have at least one (1) year specialized experience at the next lower grade GS-11, or equivalent in other pay systems. Equivalent experience in industry counts toward this requirement.
- Must be able to meet Acquisition Professional Development Program (APDP) requirements

- Strong connection and experience with DAF operators and technology/capability end-users
- Ability to organize and coordinate industry and end-user events
- Strong project management skills
- Strong customer resource management skills
