The Information Exploitation & Operations Division (RIG), Cyber Operations Branch (RIGB), seeks to hire a highly skilled Program Manager to lead the Information Warfare Program.
Positon duties include but are not limited to:
- Research, develop, analyze and validate cyber information related capabilities leading to the development of affordable software and information systems.
- Leads efforts to develop and document a fully supportable and defensible system software life cycle program to satisfy AF, DoD, and IC operational requirements.
- Analyze, select and implement technical acquisition approaches for complex, high risks efforts to meet dynamic end-user operational requirements.
- Performs analysis and management of program/system/project implement and execution that enables effective programming of funding and manpower resources to achieve desired capability outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- United States Citizenship
- Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI security clearance
- 52 weeks of specialized experience aligned with the next lower grade level
- Bachelor of Science Degree from an accredited academic institution
- Travel is a requirement
- This position is an Acquisition Professional Development Program (APDP) position requiring Level III Non-Critical certification in Science and Technology Management (STM). The selectee will have 24-months to meet APDP requirements or a waiver must be obtained. Applicants for this position must list any acquisition certifications and status as an acquisition corps member in their resume.
