      The Air Force Maui Optical and Supercomputing Site (RDSM), is seeking to hire a Management and Program Analyst, DO-0343-01 or DO-0343-02.

      Position duties include, but are not limited to:

      • Develops, analyzes and evaluates the effectiveness of policies, programs, and operations.
      • Analyzes and evaluates the effectiveness of program operations in meeting established goals and objectives.
      • Validates customer feedback data in order to develop sound solutions and action plans to improve existing processes and provide advice to management and leadership on matters relating to policies and programs associated with the site and customer satisfaction.
      • Assumes role as a program coordinator to include logistics management when supporting executive committees.
      • Compiles and prepares recommendations, findings, briefings, narrative summaries, and statistical analysis in written reports and documents to management and external entities.
